特に固体電池の重要な製造設備において、Lyricは業界をリードする数多くの革新的な設備を開発しました。例えば、乾式電極コーティング設備は湿式電極技術と比較して原材料の溶剤コストを11.5%削減し、エネルギー消費を46%以上削減。生産効率と環境性能を大幅に向上させています。また、正負極圧延と電解質熱圧を一体化した「ローリング溶接機」は、占有スペースを削減し、多様な固体電池の製造に対応。極板フレーム印刷と積層を統合した機器は、省スペース化と効率向上を実現しています。さらに、高圧化成分容設備には130項目の安全保護機能を搭載し、生産プロセスの安全性を確保しています。

Recently, Lyric won the GGL 2024 Pioneer – Solid-state Battery Equipment Innovation Pioneer Award for its outstanding contribution in the field of solid-state battery equipment. This award is a high affirmation of Lyric's efforts in promoting the industrialization of solid-state battery.
According to GGII, China's solid-state battery industry chain has more than 200 companies, with a planned capacity of more than 400GWh. It is expected that by 2035, energy storage, eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing), robotics and 3C products will become the main growth point.
Battery technology innovation has made liquid lithium battery more mature, but in order to achieve higher energy density and stronger safety, solid-state battery has become the future direction. Nevertheless, the industrialization of solid-state battery still faces many technical challenges, and its production process is significantly different from that of traditional lithium battery, which puts new demands on the manufacturing process. In response to these challenges, Lyric has launched a series of solid-state battery production solutions that can meet the production needs of sulfide + halide all-solid-state battery and oxide + polymer semi-solid-state battery.
Since 2021, Lyric has been engaged in the research and development of semi-solid-state battery equipment, and has established a R&D laboratory for full-solid-state battery equipment, and has cooperated with several leading enterprises in the industry, including well-known overseas ones.
Lyric's innovation in key manufacturing equipment for solid-state battery is particularly outstanding, with the introduction of multiple industry-leading equipment. Among them, the dry electrode coating equipment can reduce the cost of raw material solvents by 11.5% and reduce energy consumption by more than 46% compared with the wet electrode process, which significantly improves production efficiency and environmental protection. The calendaring and hot laminating double rolling machine integrates positive and negative electrode calendaring and electrolyte hot pressing laminating functions, and integrates the electrode calendaring and electrolyte hot laminating functions in the same model, which reduces the floor area and is suitable for the production of various types of solid-state battery. The electrode frame printing & stacking machine adopts highly efficient printing technology, realizing the perfect combination of frame printing and electrode stacking, which also saves space and improves production efficiency. The high pressure formation and grading machine is designed for the production characteristics of solid-state battery, adding 130 safety protection functions to ensure the safety of personnel in the production process.

The relevant equipment has significantly improved the safety of the whole line of equipment through the installation of toxic gas safety instrumentation system, the design of internal exhaust ducts, the design of sealed cell box and other measures, providing a safer working environment for the production personnel.
